Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or a refund if you are not satisfied with the product or if there is an issue.

Damaged or Defective Product If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn't working properly, contact us at glindongreyfield@gmail.com within 14 days, attaching a photo or a short video of the issue. In most cases, we won't ask you to ship the item back: we will directly issue a full refund or send a replacement unit.

Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind) You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the product must be returned unused, intact, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refund Processing Time Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
